By purchasing the College Planning 101 course, you agree to the following:
- I agree not to share, copy, post images, or forward any course content including, but not limited to, video lessons, planning guides, worksheets, or resources.
RELEVANT EXCERPTS
SINGLE USER REGISTRATION
The Course and the Course Materials are limited to the Participant who paid the Fees to the Course Provider. Participant may not share their login information or the Course Materials or Company IP with any third party without Course Provider’s express prior written permission. If the Course Provider suspects that the Participant has shared log-in information or Course Materials with any other party without authorization, the Course Provider reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to immediately terminate the Participant’s access to the Courses and Course Materials.
COURSE ACCESS
Participant shall have access to the Course and Course Materials for a period of 12 months.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Participant’s enrollment in the Courses does not result in a transfer of any intellectual property to the Participant, and, as a condition of enrollment in the Courses, Participant agrees to observe and abide by all copyright and other intellectual property protection. The Participant hereby agrees that any infringement of the Courses’ intellectual property shall result in an immediate termination of the license granted hereunder. To be clear, if the Participant violates the Courses’ intellectual property rights, the Participant’s access to the Program will be terminated immediately, and the Participant shall not be entitled to a refund of any portion of the fees.
